We won first place for ‘Best Employer Brand Management Innovation’ and ‘Best Employer Brand Management in the Charity Sector’.
The awards recognise excellence, celebrating the campaigns and organisations that excel in the field of employer branding. We were praised for our innovation and creativity in overcoming the recruitment challenges Jewish Care faced, with our ‘Do You Wish’ campaign.
Jewish Care is the leading health and social care charity serving the Jewish community in the UK; their biggest challenge was in changing candidates’ preconceptions that religion would affect their job application.
The ‘Do You Wish’ campaign dramatically changed these preconceptions, improving response rates to job adverts and reducing recruitment costs.
The judges thought Jewish Care were ‘courageous to confront reality and create a bold solution’. One judge commented that it was ‘great to see a business pivoting on what’s not working’.
‘I’m incredibly proud of the team and what we’ve come together to achieve. It was an amazing project to be a part of, and the awards just go to show our passion and vision paid off for everyone.’

‘This campaign is already having a positive impact on our recruitment and since its launch 12 months ago we have seen a dramatic decrease in vacancy levels. The awards aside, we’ve been hugely impressed with the campaign, and being presented with not one but two gold awards is just the icing on the cake!’
