Digital Marketing Executive
We’re WeLove9am, an award winning employer branding agency based in the Cotswolds that thinks talent should be aspirationally driven. We exist to give everyone a better experience of work. And to help us do that, we’re looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to help us shout that message from the rooftops and help our clients do the same.
We’re not really what you’d call an agency; we’re more of an idea. Think of a charity like Barnardo’s, or a health care provider like Bupa, or even an F1 team like Renault Motor Sports, and you’re getting there. We’re all about 'inspiring candidates to fall in love with what our clients do’ rather than churn out pretty imagery and cool videos. But we’re brilliant at those too – the awards we’ve received back up that punchy statement.
And a little bit about you...
Joining our fun, friendly and laser-focused Marketing team, your main role will be to help us set up, manage and improve the digital marketing campaigns we manage for our clients, as well as the campaigns we carry out ourselves.
Alongside campaign management, you’ll also get stuck into data analysis, looking for better ways of reaching campaign targets and digging into the hard figures. Using your creative intelligence, you’ll prepare reports and recommendations, backing each up with evidence from your findings.
You’ll not only be a social media expert, but a digital marketing whizz, understanding traction, trends and, most importantly, ROI.
- Be ahead of the curve
- Be a client advocate
- Have inside-out knowledge of digital marketing
- Know exactly how social networks tick
- Tell us (and our clients...) what we need to do to improve
- Bring loads of creativity and ideas to the table
And what we’re offering...
Up to £35,000 base salary, depending on how amazing you are. We’ll tell you all about our early Friday finishes, free food, free parking, holiday and hybrid working perks when we meet you.
Our stunning, open-plan studio was voted by ‘Rock The Cotswolds’ as the coolest place to work, and your role comes with views to die for, along with 25 days’ holiday (plus statutory), end of year bonus, pension, and full pay sick leave. Oh, and DIY fitness – aka, sit/stand desk.
Sound like your kind of thing? Then we’re waiting eagerly for your CV...
