And to help us do that, we need a seasoned Finance Assistant or Accounts Assistant who knows their Xeros from their zeroes.
We’re not really what you’d call an agency; we’re more of an idea. Think of a charity like Barnardo’s, or a health care provider like Bupa, or even an F1 team like Renault Motor Sports, and you’re getting there. We’re all about 'inspiring candidates to fall in love with what our clients do’ rather than churn out pretty imagery and cool videos. But we’re brilliant at those too – the awards we’ve received back up that punchy statement.
It’s more than just numbers
You’ll be supporting our Finance Manager on each and all finance related tasks our business encounters. You’ll move between credit control, preparing invoices, reconciling costs, preparing our VAT return and everything else in between - there’s certainly loads of variety. But it’s way more than a job – you’ll genuinely love what both you and we do.
- Be level 3 AAT qualified
- Get the accrual accounting method
- Be able to use Xero, Brightpay and Google workspace
- Be an excellent organiser and planner
- Use creative intelligence to help us spot and solve problems/ opportunities
- Bring plenty of personality to the office
