Head of Media

Look at you
You’ll be a great negotiator working with our partner network from Job Boards to Radio right through to TV advertising and beyond.You’ll be focused and determined, ensuring that the execution of every client’s campaign is a success. You’ll take a leading role in driving our success forward.
Managing existing client’s needs, prospecting new clients, delivering individual proposals and educating clients on more effective routes to attract talent across online and offline channels. Working with job board media, Google & PPC campaigns, radio recruitment campaigns, TV advertisements and out of home advertising.
Look at this:
Base salary upto £60,000, plus monthly comms and an annual bonus. OTE £100,000. Full remote communication setup including MacBook Air and iPhone, we’ll even set you up at home with your own sit/ stand desk and ergonomic seating.
And of course when you’re in the Studio: A sit / stand desk. Stunning and beautiful open plan environment to work from, with views to match. Loads of free parking, even electric charging points for the eco-warriors. Private gardens, cool break out areas, showers and changing rooms. Heated bike sheds. Loads of social events including Chef Wednesday and Your Friday (it’s a long story). And we’ll even whizz you off a few times a year to pick up an award or two.
