Mark’s worked in recruitment for the best part of 30 years and he pretty much writes about most of this experience over on the 9am Chronicles. Before venturing into social media marketing and digital candidate attraction he ran his own recruitment company. He’s since worked with stacks of FTSE 500 businesses; Previously a Business Director at Hays Plc, he leads the way in digital innovation and e-recruitment solutions. He's worked with brands as diverse as Kraft, HSBC and KPMG. But more importantly he's one proud owner of a Blue Peter badge.
Multi-talented Adam specialises in taking projects from concept to completion: across digital and print. He cut his teeth as a retoucher on Twiggy for M&S and Kate Moss for TopShop. He’s worked as an Art Director for brands such as MTV, Harper Collins, Levis, Marks and Spencer, Casio and WGSN. Today’s clients consist of BBC, Jaguar, Alfa Romeo and LandRover, it’s a tough gig! In his spare time he runs an arts magazine, a co-working studio, and somehow manages to co-organise a stage at the Stroud Fringe Festival.
Tara supports Mark in his sometimes radical and though provoking social media campaigns. Joining all the dots and connecting our brands across pretty much every social network you care to mention. And guess what, no surprise here but some of her long-term employers before she flipped agency side included Twitter and Facebook.
Seb’s our senior PHP Developer. A nomadic sort, he’s worked across two continents during his 13 years as a dev -- for brands such as SAP, Mastercard, and Ann Harvey. When not glued to a computer screen, Seb plays cricket (very civilised). And when his wanderlust kicks in, he can be found visiting his family; scattered everywhere from Spain to Australia.
Like a wordsmithing Ron Jeremy, copy guy Dave’s pretty much done everything over the past 12 years: crafting creative content across marketing, communications, PR, advertising, and social media. From in-app microcopy to fully functioning websites, as well as blogging, display ads, and video scripts:
Dave’s penned it all. Brands include UCAS, Under Armour and Converse.
Olli’s a seasoned designer, with a penchant for web design, UI, and UX. His career highlights include working on brand guidelines for laidback clothing brand, Fat Face, and working on a suite of materials for a high profile event to celebrate the Red Cross’ history.
Lisa’s extensive experience spans 15+ years agency – 10 of those based state side. She helps support and develop our long-term employer branding projects. And she’s right at home stuck into an EVP project as she is driving social media campaigns. She’s worked with brands such as Barclays, Heineken, Virgin Atlantic, Shopify, L’Oréal and Starbucks.
Paul’s our in-house illustrator. Just give him a pen, some paper, and a steer in the right direction and his fruitful imagination will do the rest. He’s the artist that furnishes our 9am blogs with witty pictorial anecdotes; whose eloquent sense of style makes our storyboards sing. His claim to fame is designing the 'Money Pit' theatre poster starring Tom Hanks and Shelley Long for those who remember.
With over 30 years’ experience shooting creative advertising and PR photography, Dean’s perfected the art of presenting products and services in their best light. All it takes is a decent camera, a little image manipulation, and knowing instinctively what it takes to get a great result (the hard part). Clients include Castrol UK, Motorola, and Holiday Inn.
Our partners, LogicMelon, found us our very own in-house account guru. Nick’s beat covers the whole of the South West. Want to talk applicant tracking? He’s your go-to guy.
Indie’s probably the happiest, most positive member of the crew. Loved by all, she’s eager to please and is fiercely loyal -- even if she does leave a trail of hair wherever she wanders. Though at home in the office, this country-living pooch is probably at her best when gamboling through the fields. Of which there are plenty near 9am Towers.
