In this role, you'll:

• Forge powerful partnerships: Build strong relationships with key media players across all channels - from job boards and out-of-home to the digital giants like Google and social media.
• Craft winning campaigns: Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and develop targeted media strategies that deliver results. Become a data detective: Monitor campaign performance, analyse key metrics, and make data-driven optimisations to maximize ROI.
• Be a budget boss: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficiency and top-notch returns.
• Stay ahead of the curve: Keep your finger on the pulse of the recruitment industry, including the latest trends, challenges, and best practices.
