What we did
In our focus groups, South Gloucestershire Council employees spoke from the heart. Flexibility is key – the ability to work remotely, set their hours and take time off as needed. Trust, autonomy, and making a difference are at the heart of it all, with teamwork and friendly faces making it a joy to be part of the team.
We showcased these real-impact stories through "100 Ways to Make a Difference" on social media. Proving there's something for everyone – no matter their passion or background.
