Verisure are pretty much the rock stars of smart security systems. They’re the No1 in Europe for product design and service. But as they started growing in the UK, they struggled to recruit the 500+ salespeople they needed a year.

We needed to showcase Verisure as the great employer their staff told us they were. When we asked them about their job satisfaction and their views on their employer, they raved about the cutting-edge smart security products they were selling - they were genuinely proud to sell them.
They also told us about the financial rewards on offer, their great work-life balance, the fun but still professional team spirit they shared and the opportunities for promotion. To be honest, we even got a tiny bit envious ...
What we did
It all seemed to be about smart - so our ‘Get Smart Today’ concept needed to focus candidates on why working with Verisure is a smart decision, showing how other people just like them are loving their smart jobs there - for the smart culture, career progression, job security.
Did it work?
Our super-smart career site stamped on misconceptions around sales roles being ‘commission only’, because actually each one had a great base salary. And ‘boring products’ were a thing of the past; it was like the Apple equivalent of the security industry. So cool it sold itself.
Instead we YELLED about Verisure as the place where candidates could find their own happy, and be truly smart.
