Within surveys and focus groups, we didn’t just uncover data – we revealed a vibrant story of love every day. What started as a quest to understand our employees’ reason why became a journey of discovery.
We realised their workforce isn’t just a team – they are champions of caring, fuelled by a collective mission to impact lives. Through pride, support, and unwavering dedication, Jewish Care’s culture shone brightly, revealing its unique values and identity.
You might wonder, how love can exist amidst life’s challenges. But at Jewish Care, even during tough times, support blossoms and meaning is found in every shared moment. We captured the essence of this magic on film. We took 80 amazing staff members to create one simple message.
What we did
With insights from surveys and heartfelt discussions, we set out to create Jewish Care’s EVP, centred on four pillars: acceptance, support, care & compassion, and excellence. These pillars define Jewish Care’s essence – a place where employees feel valued and empowered.
Our journey led us to create “Love: every day,” an EVP that embodies the compassion at the core of Jewish Care. Through initiatives like revamping our career site and launching a social media campaign, we’re spreading the message of “Love : Every Day,” inviting like-minded individuals to join us in making a difference through care and compassion. Did it work
As a home care charity based in London with 16 homes and around 2,000 staff, they operate in one of the most competitive recruitment sectors in the UK. We provided them with a complete solution spanning an Employee value proposition (EVP), employer brand development and a targeted candidate attraction strategy. The results speak for themselves, but the biggest story is staff turnover, which now runs at an all time low of 20%.
